Aktionable AI collects the minimum personal data needed to answer an enquiry, run a demo, and operate this website. We do not sell personal data. Everything below explains what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.
1. Who we are
Aktionable AI is a product of KT2i (Kanchi Technologies 2i), the entity responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we act as the Data Fiduciary; under the GDPR we act as the controller.

2. What we collect, and why
One purpose per activity, as the DPDP Rules require. We do not collect anything not listed here.
3. Consent and legal basis
For visitors in India, processing rests on your consent, given by an affirmative action — submitting a form. We do not use pre-ticked boxes, and consent is never bundled into acceptance of these terms.
For visitors in the EU/UK, we rely on consent for marketing communications and on legitimate interests for responding to an enquiry you initiated and for securing the site. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.
4. Who else processes it
We share personal data only with processors acting on our written instructions, under contracts containing the security provisions the DPDP Rules require:
- Our hosting provider, for site delivery and server logs
- Cloudflare, for bot protection (Turnstile) and cookieless traffic analytics
- Our email provider, for delivering enquiry notifications and auto-replies
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. Where it goes
Data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States, the European Union, and India. Transfers out of the EEA/UK are made under Standard Contractual Clauses. Transfers from India are made only to territories not restricted by the Central Government under the DPDP Act.
6. Your rights
Write to info@aktionable.ai to exercise any of these. We respond within 14 days.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: one email, no explanation required. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors, so no consent banner is shown. One local storage entry records your light/dark theme preference. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token to confirm a form submission is human. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
8. Security and breaches
We apply encryption in transit, access control, and periodic review. Enquiry logs are stored outside the public web root. If a personal data breach occurs we notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India within the timelines set by the DPDP Rules, and supervisory authorities under GDPR where applicable, describing the nature of the breach and the steps taken.
9. Children
This is a business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child's data has reached us, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Grievance redressal
Our Grievance Officer under the DPDP Act:
If we do not resolve your complaint, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. EU/UK residents may complain to their local supervisory authority.
11. Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The version number and date at the top always reflect the current text; material changes are notified to anyone who has given us their email.
These terms govern use of the aktionable.ai website and any demo or evaluation materials we provide through it. They do not govern a paid engagement — that runs on a signed agreement.

Using this site means accepting these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Permitted use
You may browse, quote with attribution, and share links. You may not:
- Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site beyond ordinary crawling
- Probe, load-test, or attempt to circumvent security controls
- Submit false information, malware, or another person's data without their consent
- Reuse our content to train a competing model or product without written permission
3. Intellectual property
The Aktionable AI name, logo, platform, documentation, and site content belong to KT2i or its licensors. Nothing here grants a licence to use our marks. Third-party names are the property of their owners.
4. Submissions and feedback
Send us what you're comfortable sharing. Don't send confidential material through the contact form — it isn't a secure channel. Suggestions and feedback you send us may be used without restriction or compensation.
5. AI outputs and demonstrations
Figures, dashboards, and sample records shown on this site are illustrative unless labelled otherwise. They are not benchmarks or performance guarantees.
AI systems produce probabilistic output. Anything generated during a demo or evaluation is provided for assessment only, must not be relied on for clinical, legal, financial, or regulatory decisions, and remains subject to human review.
6. No warranty
The site is provided as is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from use of this site. Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to US $100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Third-party links
We link to other sites for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tirupati have exclusive jurisdiction.
